LoPh+ (pronounced /low/fē/) is a Vienna-based, non-profit organization working at the intersection of climate change, and digital technologies, with a focus on decentralized justice and new governance structures.

Loph’s initiatives on new governance, such as "de.RtB_A Decentralized Right to Breathe" and "de.WRs_Decentralized Water Rights,” have won multiple awards, including the World Omosiroi Award (JPN), the UKRI Grant (GBR), the Princeton RISE Community Partner Grant (USA), and twice the Content Vienna Award (AUT).
